CHUM Ltd. is to be part of Bell Globemedia according to a online report by The Globe and Mail (which is owned by Bell Globemedia). the shares of CHUM were halted on the Toronto Stock Exchange before the start of the session this morning pending an official confirmation form the company.
Said confirmation is reported to be announced in the afternoon.
CHUM currently owns and operate 33 radio stations, 12 local TV and 21 specialty channels.
