After 31 years in broadcasting and 25 years at 299 Queen Street West, Ann Rohmer has decided to hang-up her microphone mid-June, CP24 announced today. Rohmer is currently host of CP24 Breakfast, Hot Property, and Animal House Calls, in addition to her duties behind the anchor desk. Rohmer will remain the special guest host of Animal House Calls on CP24 and Animal Planet but has taken a position outside of the broadcast industry. Rohmer will break the news to her viewers Thursday morning on CP24 BREAKFAST.

| General News: Restructured Canwest to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaw |

Canwest Global Communications Corp. (“Canwest” or the “Company”) announced today that agreements have been reached between Shaw Communications Inc. (“Shaw”), certain of the senior subordinated noteholders of Canwest Media Inc. (“CMI”), and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and certain of its affiliates (together, the “Goldman Sachs Entities”) that contemplate a purchase by Shaw of all of the shares of a restructured Canwest (“Restructured Canwest”) upon completion of the proposed recapitalization transaction and a purchase by Shaw of all of the Goldman Sachs Entities’ equity and voting interests in Canwest’s subsidiary, CW Investments Co. (the “CW Media Group”).

TSN Mobile is hitting the links. Canada’s leader in portable sports coverage has launched a special iPhone, iPad and iPod touch application specifically for The Masters. TSN MOBILE: MASTERS LIVE allows iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users to access exclusive Canadian live streaming for all four rounds including Amen Corner (holes 11, 12 and 13) and holes 15 and 16 as well as the option to follow featured groups live as they play through the back nine (holes 10-18). Other features of TSN MOBILE: MASTERS LIVE include a live leaderboard and breaking news from The Masters throughout the tournament.
