Corus Entertainment and OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network announced that they have finalized a licensing agreement that will enable Corus to add OWN to its portfolio of Canadian specialty services. OWN is set to launch in Canada in early 2011 following the U.S. premiere January 1, 2011. OWN is a multi-platform media company designed to entertain, inform, and inspire people to live their best lives.

Corus Entertainment and Rainbow Media today announced that they have finalized a licensing agreement that will enable Corus to add Sundance Channel to its portfolio of Canadian specialty services. Under the creative direction of Robert Redford, Sundance Channel features a broad range of programming, from niche, genre-focused cinema to socially provocative films, documentaries and original series. Sundance Channel will launch on Monday, March 1, 2010.

| Programming Highlights: Corus Got 46 Geminie Nominations |

Corus Entertainment received a total of 46 Gemini nominations from the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television’s 24th annual Gemini Awards. Movie Central’s drama series received 18 nominations for The Line, Sanctuary, Stargate Atlantis and ZOS: Zone of Separation. Programming on Corus’ kids networks – YTV, Treehouse and Discovery Kids were recognized with 24 nods, nine of which were for Corus’ Nelvana Studio. Four nominations for programming on W Network and CMT round out the total.

| General News: Corus To Acquire SexTV and Drive-In Classics |

Corus Entertainment Inc. announced today that the Company has reached an agreement to purchase the specialty television services Drive-In Classics and SexTV from CTVglobemedia. The transaction is subject to approval by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). The combined acquisition price for both services is $40 million Cdn.

Corus Entertainment's Movie Central (Western Canada) and Astral Media's The Movie Network (Eastern Canada) today announced that seven new Canadian original projects have been greenlit for production. Featuring some of Canada's top creative talent, this new slate includes original series Bloodletting, Phantom, The Pillars of the Earth, Living In Your Car, Meet Phil Fitz, Durham County and the made for television movie Fakers.

With Movie Central EXPRESS, Subscribers Watch What They Want, When They Want
Corus Entertainment Inc. and Shaw Communications Inc. announced today the introduction of Canada's first subscription-based Video-on-Demand (SVOD) service, Movie Central EXPRESS. SVOD technology allows a customer to access a library of feature films and series from major Hollywood studios and other program providers on a video-on-demand basis, while paying a monthly subscription fee rather than a per transaction fee. Movie Central EXPRESS will be launched in Calgary in November 2002.

| Corus Entertainment To Launch W, A Revitalized Women’s Television Network |

Corus Entertainment Inc. announced today that its women’s specialty television network (WTN) will be re-launched on Monday, April 15 with the shortened name, W, a revamped program schedule, and for the first time, a dual feed of its signal to better serve Western Canadian viewers. Corus also announced that W has begun its foray into Canadian drama by licensing five original Canadian series and movies to be telecast on the network.

| Corus receives approval for controlling interest of Telelatino |

Corus Entertainment Inc. has received approval from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to acquire controlling interest of Telelatino Network Inc. Corus acquired shares that increase its total interest in the specialty channel to 50.5% from 20%. The shares were purchased in March 2001 from existing shareholders for a total of $11 million (CDN).
